This was a fun painting using a new technique I learned in a workshop with Rita Kirkman. It is on a textured board and is layers upon layers to create the roughness of the hair on the bunny. This was a fun one to paint and experiment with a very different style than I am used to. 'Honey Bun' just seemed to be the perfect name.
