Studdy 717 (Studebacker)

Traveling the backroads to Colorado has always been our preffered mode of travel. You never know what you will encounter on the backroads. One such trip took us through the plains of Kanses, where the limestone rock has been quarried to make strong fencepost to surround vast areas of tall grass.

Drivng through Moline, Kansas yielded a little gem in the center of this once vibrant little country town, a Studebaker pickup truck. It was just waiting to be noticed and appreciated for what it once was. It was and is an artists dream subject.' Studdy 717' was in a vacant lot next to a two story brick building just off main street. What a treasure.
