Cattle Egrets often visit our herd in the early spring and summer. Flocks follow the cattle, as they graze, picking off ticks and bugs that the cattle attract and scare up. 'Tick Doc' was inspired by witness of these birds helping the cattle and the cattle providing food for the birds.
